Ergon Asphalt Partners is seeking a full-time Terminal Operator II at its Greensboro, NC facility. The role focuses on operating terminal processes, transferring products between tanks, maintaining equipment, and performing quality control tests under supervision to support producing high-quality asphalt binders.

The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical skills, computer proficiency, and a stable work history, with a hands-on approach to learning and teamwork in a tight-knit environment.

Qualifications

• General computer skills and PC knowledge.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Stable work history.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Safety requirements and procedures.
• Work independently as a team player.
• Perform Terminal Operator I functions proficiently.
• Transfer products between tanks.
• Operate a steam boiler.
• Align valves and operate pumps.
• Perform blending functions.
• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Perform Quality Control testing using DSR & Brookfield equipment where applicable.
• Other duties as required by Terminal Manager.
