Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a proactive Terminal Operator to join our team. You’ll be the backbone of terminal operations, ensuring products are handled, loaded, and shipped safely while maintaining high safety standards.

You’ll also be hands-on with equipment maintenance, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. A high school diploma or GED is required; welding, electrical, or maintenance training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further welding/electrical maintenance training a plus.
• Experience in terminal operations or similar industrial setting preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize daily terminal operations for efficient logistics.
• Oversee safe loading/unloading of bulk materials per safety protocols.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on terminal equipment.
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage; adhere to OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics to optimize schedules and resources.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
