This role monitors equipment and product movement, performs inspections and testing, maintains regulatory compliance, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe and reliable operations.Accountabilities:Safety & CompliancePerform all work safely and support the company's Goal Zero commitmentMaintain a high level of safety awareness and immediately identify, report, and address abnormal or unsafe conditions that could result in a product release or other safety incidentsFollow all Standard and Local Operating Procedures (SOPs & LOPs), Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), as well as regulatory requirements.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Operator Qualification requirements, HSSE standards, SPCC requirements, Hazmat regulations, RCRA, AQMD, Weights and Measures, and other applicable standardsSupport facility housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe work environment.Operations & Product MovementMonitor pipeline and terminal equipment, including meters, instrumentation, and computer systemsCoordinate and perform product receipts, transfers, and deliveries through pipelines, storage tanks, truck racks, marine docks, and rail operationsExecute pipeline lineups and follow scheduled operating ordersMonitor product movement and operating conditions, recognizing and responding to deviations from approved operating proceduresWork with stakeholders, including the Control Center, Scheduling, and customers, to resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate operational constraints or equipment issuesInspection, Measurement & Inventory ControlConduct required routine and periodic asset inspections and maintain recordsPerform stock accounting activities, manual tank gauging, temperature verification, and equipment calibrationComplete inventory documentation and support investigation and resolution of inventory Loss/Gain variancesParticipate in Loss/Gain meetings and provide operational insights for troubleshooting activitiesProduct Sampling & TestingValidate and calibrate testing equipment prior to useObtain product samples in accordance with established measurement proceduresPerform product quality testingDetermine sampling quantities based on batch size and adhere to sampling requirementsAsset Management & Continuous ImprovementSupport facility surveillance activities in accordance with the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan, site checklists, security requirements, release prevention practices, and housekeeping standardsActively participate in AMS, SAP and Maintenance execution processes.Support audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and company-sponsored improvement initiativesContribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement effortsWhat we need from youMust be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work visaObtain and hold a valid TWIC card. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance.
