Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a Terminal Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at Central Texas aggregate rail terminals. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability while achieving company goals.

You will lead staff, manage budgets, and ensure product integrity. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, controlling costs, coordinating inventory, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/MSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in an aggregate production facility or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate personnel; provide coaching and training.
• Oversee inventory control and terminal operations.
• Manage product receipts, transfers and shipments.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment; ensure safety and quality.
