Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at aggregate rail terminals in Central Texas. You will lead safety-focused teams, manage inventory, ensure product quality, and drive reliability and cost control across facilities.

Responsibilities include supervising personnel, coordinating maintenance, controlling budgets, and maintaining records. The role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and the ability to travel as needed; nights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in an aggregate production facility or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, train, coach and motivate personnel supervised.
• Oversees inventory control and terminal operations.
• Responsible for incoming product receipts, transfers and shipments.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of all operational processes and equipment.
• Oversight of plant facilities, maintenance, repairs and expansion projects.
• Maintain records of test results and ensure product quality and consistency.
• Manage cost control and local purchasing; advise on capital expenditures.
• Create and manage terminal budgets to meet cost and volume goals.
• Ensure safety compliance and environmental programs; prepare reports.
