Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Manager in Georgia to lead terminal operations, optimize routes, safety, and service excellence. You will supervise drivers and staff, manage payroll, and ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 standards are upheld.

You will build customer relationships, analyze KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements while coordinating with maintenance teams and vendors. Travel and weekend work may be required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred; Associate degree with 8+ years considered.
• Experience: 5+ years in transportation operations, logistics, or terminal management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and transportation management software.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of DOT compliance, FMCSA regs, and C-TPAT.
• Leadership & People Management: Experience leading teams.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze KPIs and improve operations.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organization & Multitasking: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work weekends/holidays and travel as needed.
• Integrity & Professionalism: Strong work ethic and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of drivers and staff.
• Maximize operational efficiency through routes, schedules, and safety goals.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and C-TPAT standards.
• Strengthen customer relationships as primary terminal contact.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Conduct field checks and performance assessments (ride-alongs).
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance with vendors.
• Administer payroll, time management, and scheduling.
• Support hiring, interviewing, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain terminal infrastructure for safety and efficiency.
• Enforce ISO standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster clear communication and collaborative culture.
