Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Sr. Terminal Supervisor to lead daily terminal operations, ensuring safe handling and efficient distribution of cement products across our North American network.

You will coach terminal staff, coordinate logistics, and drive continuous improvements in productivity and service levels. The role requires strong leadership, safety culture promotion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive high performance in an operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of terminal, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or related operations with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proven capability to promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable product handling and distribution.
• Supervise, coach, and develop terminal employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and customer service activities to meet operational and business objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
