Job summary

Carroll Concrete, a CRH company, is seeking a Cement Terminal Plant Operator to help manage Ready-Mix operations and ensure efficient terminal performance at our plant.

You will assist the Terminal Manager, conduct internal product transfers between tanks, load tanker trucks, perform inventory checks, safety rounds, weigh trucks, perform light maintenance, and deliver strong customer service. Starting pay is $25.00/hour with annual increases and growth opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Terminal Manager with Ready-Mix operations
• Conduct internal transfers of product between tanks
• Load tanker trucks using the loading system from the holding tank
• Perform inventory functions
• Conduct safety and security rounds
• Weigh trucks in and out
• Light maintenance and repair of facility, grounds and equipment
• Provide customer service
