This hands-on leadership role directs daily operations, coordinates with customers and vendors, and ensures compliance with CBAs and safety regulations while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience supervising employees in terminal, rail, transportation, warehouse, logistics, or mechanical operations.
• Experience supervising in a union environment is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of CBAs and labor relations is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and make sound operational decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, scheduling, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities
