Job summary

Lamers Bus Lines in Wisconsin is seeking a School Bus Terminal Manager to lead a local team and ensure safe, reliable transportation for families. The role includes managing drivers, office staff, and compliance with DOT rules, with CDL endorsement or willingness to obtain expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years of relevant transportation industry experience.
• Prior experience in school bus operations is a plus.
• Valid CDL (Class B or higher) with school bus and passenger endorsements or willingness to obtain – training provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software; ability to learn internal systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
