Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Terminal Manager for our Muskogee, OK service center to plan, organize, manage, and direct all terminal operations. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with various shifts and opportunities for advancement within a growth‑oriented logistics company.

You will lead the team, drive safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of LTL industry, DOT rules, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial aspects of the service center operation for profitability and growth.
• Initiate personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures.
• Lead, educate and develop employees.
• Assist account managers in identifying, acquiring, and retaining customers.
• Develop action plans to meet productivity and service goals.
• Oversee safety, security, and loss prevention per OSHA/DOT guidelines.
