Lead the Maersk/CMCA Depot Operations Business unit.Overall,responsible for thefinancial performance of the depot operation, in addition to the siteand operational safety, productivity,labor relations andcustomerexperience.
Lead the APM-M Safety, Environmental and Health&Wellness measures to ensure we meet our industry leading obligations to keep our people, environment, equipment and cargo free from harm.
Lead the customer relations efforts in all aspects of the facilities operations, earning their trust and growing the business.
The position focuses on developing and scaling operations at theMaersk/CMCA site and Bayport-area facilities (including the Port of Houston and Barbour’s Cut) to achieve global operational standards.
Ensure employeerecruitment, training,engagement and effective labor relations are a priority of the team leadership.
