The Center For New Pathways PC is seeking a Staff Therapist to transform lives through compassionate mental health care in Schaumburg, IL. You will provide individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized plans to support clients on their journey to wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field; EMDR/Hypnotherapy trained a plus.
• Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LSW, PhD/PsyD or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
