The NOW Naperville is seeking licensed massage therapists to share the healing power of touch and transform wellbeing through Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching modalities. Full- and part-time positions are available; all supplies are provided and training is offered to help you grow.

Maintain a pristine treatment room, adhere to safety standards, and demonstrate flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.
• Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)
• Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.
• Full and Part-Time positions available.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).
