Job summary

The NOW Fort Worth Alliance is seeking a skilled massage therapist to join our wellness team in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform therapeutic massage across modalities, keep treatment rooms pristine, and help clients feel relaxed and nourished.

Flexible scheduling is available, including evenings or weekends. Both full-time and part-time positions are open for driven applicants with the proper license and a passion for health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.
• License/certification required in state of practice and must be presented during interview.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours daily.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Schedule / Hours of Operation:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Availability for at least one PM and one-weekend shift (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).
• Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday : 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.

• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
