The role requires 2+ years of bartender experience, fluency in English, and strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and tequila. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of bartender experience in a table service restaurant.
• Fluent English is required.
• Good knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and tequila.
• Proficient with a POS system and handling cash or tabs.
• Solid basic math skills for accurate order and totals.

Responsibilities

• Present and garnish drinks to Guests quickly and accurately.
• Learn and communicate daily specials and menu items.
• Enter orders in POS system accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to PURE taqueria standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area.
• Greet regular Guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Execute the PURE Steps of Service for all Guests at the bar.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns to maintain legendary hospitality.
