Boston College Carroll School of Management seeks applications for Open Rank (Tenured or Tenure-Track) Faculty Position in the Department of Accounting beginning Fall 2027.

The expected 9-month base salary range (paid over 12 months) for this position is $200,000-$400,000. The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, rank, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have their doctoral dissertation completed or near completion and must demonstrate an ability to conduct high-quality accounting research and excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
