Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Sociology by June 30, 2027.
• Experience teaching undergraduates is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in Urban Sociology with potential to contribute to interdisciplinary programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach at least two required courses in theory, methods, or statistics.
• Teach four courses in the first year of tenure-track appointment and five thereafter.
• Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed venues.
• Contribute to Davidson College's interdisciplinary programs and inclusive pedagogy.
