The position will teach in the undergraduate Bachelor of Social Work and the graduate Master of Social Work programs, with a 75% teaching and 25% research appointment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in social work or a related field is required by employment start; ABD candidates may apply.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Ability to contribute to external funding and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the undergraduate and graduate social work programs.
• Advise students and provide service within the School, University and communities.
• Establish an independent research and scholarship program.
