Job summary

Lehman College invites applications for a full-time nine-month tenure-track Assistant Professor or tenured/tenure-track Associate Professor in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences. A Ph.D.

in communication sciences and disorders or related field is required, with ASHA CCC-SLP preferred and NYS licensure eligibility. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise graduate clinicians, and collaborate across CUNY.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in Communication Disorders and Sciences or related field.
• Evidence of an established or developing scholarly agenda.
• Ability to teach effectively and collaborate with colleagues for institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Supervise graduate clinicians and practicum work.
• Engage in research and seek external funding.
• Participate in service to the college, department, and community.
