  • Research: maintain a strong record of scholarship aligned with the core specialization and seek external funds to support scholarly inquiry.
  • Teaching & mentoring: develop and deliver training across undergraduate and graduate programs; mentor students and postdocs.
  • Service & community engagement: participate in college/university service and relevant professional activities.
