Job summary

East Texas A&M University invites applications for an Open Rank Professor in Management Science with a focus on supply chain/operations. The position is full-time, 9-month, tenure-track, reporting to the Department of Management, Marketing, and Management Science.

The successful candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management science, contribute to teaching, research, and service, and engage in program development and community engagement while aligning with AACSB standards

Qualifications

• Teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Ability to develop and assess curriculum in management science with emphasis on supply chain/operations.
• Commitment to AACSB accreditation standards and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and review effective teaching/learning processes with appropriate methods and tools.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment as needed.
• Stay current in discipline and update course content when appropriate.
• Follow university and system policies.
• Adhere to AACSB accreditation standards and faculty qualifications.
• Maintain office hours and engage with students.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to support program development and community engagement.
• Participate in institutional, college and departmental service roles as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head and/or Dean.
