Qualifications

• Terminal degree in public health or related field from an accredited university by appointment time.
• Evidence of teaching excellence and mentoring of public health students at undergrad/grad levels.
• Proven history of obtaining extramural funding from federal and non-federal sources.
• Publications in respected peer-reviewed journals showing scholarly impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a program of high-impact research as PI and secure extramural funding.
• Engage as a collaborative team scientist to address public health challenges.
• Publish regularly in high-impact journals and present at conferences.
• Provide high-quality teaching and mentorship at undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Serve on school- and university-wide committees and support community events.
