Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility among faculty, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Earned doctorate in education or related field linked to SOLID, school mental health, implementation science and/or machine learning.
• Distinguished record of teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with tenure at a research-intensive university.
• Well-developed scholarly/research portfolio complementary to SOE expertise.
• Scholarly record showing impact via high-quality publications.
• History of securing external research funding.
• Leadership experience promoting collegial culture and climate.
• Ability to conduct translated research addressing diverse populations and contexts.
• Ability to build partnerships across university and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance research, teaching, and leadership within interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster collaborations with school systems, state agencies, research institutes, and policy networks.
