Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Organizational and Strategic Communication. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses online and in person, develop new coursework, mentor students, and cultivate an active research program with student and faculty collaboration.

• Earned doctorate in Communication or closely related field from an accredited institution by the end of the 2027-2028 academic year.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching

Responsibilities

• Teach lower- and upper-level courses (both online and in person) in Organizational and Strategic Communication.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Develop a strong research program involving collaboration with students and/or faculty.
• Contribute to program development and outreach with local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
• Perform scholarly activities consistent with rank.
