Job summary

Abilene Christian University is seeking an open-rank, tenure-track faculty member in Organizational Behavior and Management starting Fall 2027. The position will teach both undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in organizational behavior and other management areas for business students in residential programs.

Faculty are expected to maintain Scholarly Academic status via publications and presentations and to engage in mentoring, service, and professional development aligned with ACU's

Qualifications

• PhD or DBA completed or near completion in business management, organizational behavior, or related field.
• Strong record of research and/or professional experience in OB, management, or related areas.
• Proven college/university teaching experience or strong promise in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in organizational behavior and management.
• Maintain Scholarly Academic status through publications and presentations.
• Mentor students and perform departmental, college, and university service.
