Job summary

The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Operations Management. Salary for assistants is between $190,000 and $210,000 depending on time in rank and performance. Immigration sponsorship may be available in limited cases.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in OM/SCM by start date of employment.
• Strong research trajectory with working papers or publications in OM.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and classroom teaching.
• Willingness to develop and improve core OM courses or related electives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-quality, high-impact research agenda in Operations Management; publish in top-tier journals.
• Teach core Operations Management courses across UG, MBA, EMBA, and doctoral programs.
• Collaborate with faculty on research, curriculum development, and departmental initiatives.
