Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree or ABD in Nutrition from an accredited institution.
• RDN credential required.
• Demonstrated ability or potential for teaching is important.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to student success and professional involvement.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition across modalities.
• Develop online courses and revise on-campus courses using best practices.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students in research projects.
• Advise students and participate in program assessment and accreditation efforts.
• Engage in service at department, college, and university levels.
