Qualifications

• Master's in nursing or Bachelor's in nursing with a Master’s in health education or health science or an equivalent combination is required.
• Possession of a California BRN license may be required as applicable by the college.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes in the Associate Degree Nursing program and other Health Sciences programs.
• Advise and assist students to achieve course objectives and learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student progress and connect students to campus-support services.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment of student learning outcomes.
• Maintain office hours and complete professional development activities.
• Promote student equity and success through culturally responsive instruction.
