UC Irvine invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior, School of Biological Sciences. Ideal candidates will use rigorous molecular, cellular, circuit, or behavioral approaches to study the biological bases of behavior and its disorders, with emphasis on addiction and related conditions.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D., M.D.-Ph.D., or equivalent; must demonstrate a strong research program and commit to teaching at graduate

• Ph.D., M.D.-Ph.D., or equivalent degree(s).
• Evidence of securing prior extramural funding will be evaluated positively.

Responsabilidades

• Teach at both graduate and undergraduate levels.
• Contribute to teaching, mentoring, and service activities at UCI.
• Demonstrate a rigorous and innovative research program with clear future directions.
