Job summary

College of the Holy Cross invites applications for two full-time tenure-track positions in microeconomics, starting August 2027. Appointments may be at Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with a 3-2 teaching load and startup funds for research.

The successful candidates will teach core courses (Statistics, Quantitative Microeconomics, Econometrics) and elective courses related to their research while developing an active scholarly program and supervising student work.

Qualifications

• Candidates demonstrate excellence in scholarship and undergraduate teaching, with a commitment to inclusive pedagogies.
• A Ph.D. is required by the beginning of the appointment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach courses in microeconomics, statistics, and econometrics.
• Establish and maintain an active program of scholarly research and supervise student research.
• Engage with the department and College communities as a collegial, service-minded faculty member.
