Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Meat Science or a closely related discipline by the time employment begins.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligibility to work in the United States at the time the appointment begins and continue working legally for the term of employment.

Responsibilities

• Teach meat science courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Develop and lead extramurally funded post-harvest meat science research.
• Mentor graduate students and engage with industry partners to expand experiential learning.
