Qualifications

• PhD or DBA in a business discipline from AACSB-accredited university with specialization in Management.
• ABD considered if within one year of completing doctoral degree.
• Effective teaching experience at the baccalaureate level and demonstrated record of scholarship.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses in Principles of Management (Writing Intensive), Personnel/Human Resource Management, Leadership and Culture, Training and Development, and Business and Society.
• Research and publish in peer-reviewed journals; present at peer-reviewed conferences in business administration, management, or related fields.
• Engage in advising, mentorship, service, and professional/community activities to support student development.
