Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Management from an AACSB-accredited program; ABD considered if degree is expected by start date.
• Demonstrated potential for effective teaching and research leading to refereed journal publications.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses aligned with expertise and department needs.
• Maintain an active research agenda resulting in publications in refereed journals.
• Engage in department, college, and university governance via committees.
• Advise and mentor students; support student organizations and experiential learning; participate in service.
