Texas A&M University–Central Texas (COBA) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Management/Leadership to begin Fall 2027. This tenure-track role involves teaching leadership courses across undergraduate and graduate levels in online, face-to-face, or hybrid formats, with an expectation of scholarly activity and professional engagement.

While at rank of Assistant Professor, consideration for Associate rank may occur; tenure upon hire is possible but atypical and evaluated

Qualifications

• Terminal degree (doctorate) in management/leadership from a regionally accredited university.
• Eligible for AACSB scholarly academic faculty classification.
• Experience teaching leadership courses, including online formats.

Responsibilities

• Teach leadership courses at undergraduate and graduate levels in online, face-to-face, or hybrid formats.
• Engage in scholarly activities and maintain a pipeline of works in progress.
• Support service to department, college, and university, including committee work.
