The Director will oversee curriculum development, recruit and supervise adjuncts, manage the program budget, and coordinate competitions nationwide, while maintaining a robust scholarly agenda.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent degree required with potential for scholarly research.
• Experience teaching advocacy or coaching mock trial is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills to expand and manage a dynamic program.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses; administrative release for the role, including advocacy or skills-based courses.
• Maintain an active scholarly agenda aligned with tenure standards.
• Lead the Advocacy Program: recruit/train adjuncts, manage budget, fundraise, and coordinate conferences and competitions.
