Job summary

The Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler seeks a full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in Management with a focus on International Business to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in International Business and International Management. The position begins Fall 2027, with a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in International Business or closely related field.
• ABD candidates near completion will be considered.
• Experience in teaching International Business and International Management courses at graduate and undergraduate levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-defined research stream in International Business and/or International Management with potential for publication in peer-reviewed outlets.
• Deliver graduate and undergraduate International Business and International Management courses with a mix of face-to-face and online delivery.
• Contribute to the profession, the university, and the community through service.
• Maintain regular on-campus presence and attend departmental meetings.
