Job summary

Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Information Systems & Business Analytics with emphasis on Cybersecurity Management, beginning Fall 2027.

The role supports a growing cybersecurity initiative with strong institutional support and industry engagement in the New York metropolitan area. The department offers BBA, MBA, MS programs, including a MS in Cybersecurity Management and a planned Doctor of Business

Qualifications

• PhD or ABD in MIS, CIS, IS or closely related discipline from AACSB-accredited (or equivalent) institution; ABDs considered for non-tenure track.
• Evidence of publishing in peer-reviewed journals and strong teaching ability in in-person and online formats.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in information systems & cybersecurity management.
• Maintain an active, productive research agenda with publications.
• Contribute to department, school, and university service.
