Qualifications

• PhD in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or closely related field; advanced ABD considered but degree must be conferred.
• Scholarly activity commensurate with tenure track expectations.
• Ability to teach undergraduate Healthcare Administration across multiple content areas.

Responsabilités

• Teach undergraduate Healthcare Administration courses; contribute to graduate teaching as appropriate.
• Develop an active program of scholarship with peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Seek external funding and disseminate research findings.
• Mentor and advise students; supervise HCAD student projects and internships.
• Participate in program assessment, continuous improvement, and college/university service activities.
