Job summary

Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Finance faculty position beginning September 1, 2027. The base salary ranges are $200,000-$250,000 for Assistant and $250,000-$275,000 for Associate, commensurate with rank and qualifications.

Ideal candidates will maintain an active research agenda, teach undergraduate, graduate, and/or doctoral courses, advise and mentor students, and participate in school activities.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, or a directly related field, or expect to earn the degree within one semester of start.
• Strong potential for high-quality research and publication in leading finance journals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active research agenda.
• Teach undergraduate, graduate, and/or doctoral courses.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Participate in the intellectual and service activities of the Area and the Gabelli School of Business.
