Responsibilities

Provide academic instruction to students through lecture and assessment.
Advise and instruct students regarding programs of study and resources.
Observe and evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
Plan and organize instruction aligned with course outlines and outcomes.
Maintain records of enrollment, attendance, and progress; submit grades on time.
Maintain an active research program with graduate assistants and collaborators.
Participate in committees and department meetings; engage in service activities.
