Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in public health or a health-related field by the time of employment.
  • Master’s degree in public health (MPH) or a health-related field.
  • Evidence of an active research agenda in public health, epidemiology, or a related area, with qualifications and scholarly accomplishments consistent with rank.
  • Ability or potential to secure competitive extramural research funding.
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in epidemiology.
  • Develop and sustain an active research program in public health.
  • Contribute to service for the department, school, and university.
