Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field by July 2027.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness, mentorship, or strong promise of excellence in undergraduate teaching.
• Evidence of expertise in digital systems, computer hardware/architecture, embedded systems, VLSI or integrated circuits.
• Evidence of an ongoing or developing scholarly/research agenda.
• Ability to contribute to Gonzaga's Catholic, Jesuit, humanistic mission and inclusive learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Teach 18 credit hours per academic year (roughly three 3-credit courses per semester).
• Develop a scholarly program involving undergraduate participation and mentoring.
• Provide academic and career advising to undergraduates and engage in service to the department and university.
