Job summary

The USC Marshall School of Business is inviting applications for a nine-month tenure-track position in the Department of Nursing, starting in Fall 2024. We seek candidates for the Assistant or Associate Professor rank who possess a DNP degree with national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).

The selected candidate will demonstrate excellence in clinical and didactic teaching at the graduate level while actively engaging in scholarship and leadership within the DNP program.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a DNP degree with national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Evidence of expertise in clinical practice.
• Record of scholarship.
• Excellence in didactic and clinical teaching at the graduate level.

Responsibilities

• Lead in scholarship, education, and service.
• Responsible for the accreditation process of the DNP program.
• Work with full and part time faculty.
• Curricular development, revision, and evaluation.
• Active engagement in student recruitment, admission, and progression.
