California State University, Northridge seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Cyber-Physical Systems within the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. The role entails teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate courses and maintaining an active research program.

The successful candidate will provide weekly office hours, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to assessment, service, and inclusive excellence across campus.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer or Electrical Engineering or closely related field by Aug 19, 2027.
• Ability to teach electrical or computer engineering in-person and/or online.
• Evidence of peer-reviewed cyber-physical systems publications.

Responsabilités

• Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses and labs in ECE.
• Maintain an active research program in cyber-physical systems.
• Fulfill weekly office hours, attend faculty meetings, participate in assessment of student learning.
• Engage in service to department, college, and university; may teach evenings or online.
