Requirements include a PhD in a related field (ABD considered with completion by Aug 19, 2027) and demonstrated teaching experience or potential, plus publications in CPS.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or closely related field; must complete by Aug 19, 2027 for ABD
• Demonstrated teaching experience or potential: course instructor, TA, or clear teaching vision
• Authored peer-reviewed conference papers or journal articles related to cyber-physical systems in IEEE or comparable venues

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses and labs in ECE
• Maintain an active research program in cyber-physical systems
• Weekly office hours and participation in department and college activities
• Attend faculty meetings and contribute to assessment of student learning
• Engage in service to the department, college, and university
• May teach on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and/or online; adhere to college/department standards for tenure and promotion
