Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in counselor education or equivalent with official completion by Aug 11, 2025; ABD may be considered under special circumstances.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a professional counselor and licensure eligibility in counseling.
• Experience across on-ground, online synchronous, online asynchronous, and blended learning modalities.

Responsibilities

• Teach 18 credit hours in the first year and 24 credit hours thereafter per academic year.
• Supervise practicum and internship placements; advise 20–25 graduate counseling students.
• Engage in service activities: curriculum development, recruitment, advisement, and retention of diverse students; participate in professional organizations and university committees.
