• 5 years of relevant professional experience in the United States construction industry or comparable international experience; doctorate credit.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse backgrounds; professional service at department/college/university levels.
• Specialization in a scholarly area addressing topics applicable to the construction industry; demonstrates commitment to scholarly activities.
• Proficiency in written and oral English.
