Job summary

The University of Central Florida invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track assistant professor position in Clinical Psychology. Begin August 2027.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in various modalities; participate in departmental and community collaborations. We seek candidates with a health services psychology program and potential for external funding; APA- or PCSAS-accredited PhD preferred and Florida licensure within 2 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in health services psychology from an APA- or PCSAS-accredited program by the date of hire.
• Eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Florida, or able to obtain licensure as Psychologist in Florida within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in face-to-face and online modalities.
• Develop and maintain a productive program of scholarly research in health services psychology.
• Mentor students and supervise Clinical Psychology Ph.D. trainees.
• Engage in service within the department and university.
