Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or Organizational Behavior and Management is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and on multiple campuses.
• Significant teaching experience and occupation-related experience is recognized.
• Demonstrated use of technology in the classroom and ability to teach courses with required tech.
• Demonstrated cultural competency to engage a diverse student and employee population.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques.
• Develop discipline-related curricula and assess student learning.
• Participate in program evaluation, college activities and committees.
• Maintain college and department standards in support of PBSC's mission.
• Teach 45 points, maintain office hours, and participate in meetings and special projects.
